DA: In a hostile relationship, Easton killed a Raynham woman, then himself

An Easton man broke into a Raynham home and killed a woman he was in a hostile relationship with before taking his own life, prosecutors said.

Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office are investigating an “apparent murder-suicide” that occurred early on the morning of the Fourth of July.

Eight more Middleboro teenagers have been charged with three stabbings at a fire pit party.

Eight more juveniles have been charged with assault and battery in connection with a triple stabbing at an outdoor fire party near Wall Street on Friday, June 23, Police Chief Joseph Perkins said in a July 5 written statement.

The charge was filed June 26 against Jayden Wainwright, 18, of Middleboro on a charge of attempted murder in connection with the same incident.

The latest charges include two more adults and six juveniles “allegedly involved in the incident,” Perkins said..
